It's a warning not an error so adding
#pragma warning(disable:4003)
to those files should allow it to build...
then we'll have to test it... and I have no ascend files.
Which others fail the same way?
On the other front I think all we need to add a variable in config.nmake to
enable/disable '--unistd' based on the flex users have, and add a note for it
in the documentation.
