Built using gcc 4.2.3 (Debian 4.2.3-2).

Add dissection of SignalInfo for SM-DeliveryFailureCause, MO-ForwardSM-Res,
MT-ForwardSM-Res, MT-ForwardSM-VGCS-Arg, MT-ForwardSM-VGCS-Res.

SignalInfo is already dissected properly for all other SMS operations so the
patch is just a copy-paste from there.
