Hi.  The SNMP error message is wrong for this particular error.

The varBind values in the SNMP packages (2 and 6) are outside the limits
defined in the SNMP spec.  The application generating this values has encoded
the value 3567151610 (#2) and 3567161803 (#6) correct according to the ASN.1
spec (using 5 bytes starting with 00), but SNMP is defined to only handle
values between -2147483648 and 2147483647.  So the error is in the application
generating the snmp packages.

The correction in wireshark must be to add a better error message.
