The bug is still there...

The part of code that (we knew) triggered it has beign already "fixed" (We
removed recursion by modifying the definition).

The issue is that if an ASN description has a recursive definition of a CHOICE
it will enter an infinite loop when dissecting.

So we either need a stack to verify if there is recursion and stop it. Or, we
need the ASN.1 compiler to identify those conditions.

As the (known) trigger has being removed from the code I'm lowering priority.

As for severity (?) goes I'm lowering it as well (we do not have an explicit
policy on severity).
