Summary: Configure script detects portaudio v18 & v19 fine, so
debian/control can depend on libportaudio-dev OR
portaudio19-dev. Helps with building .deb packages for

Diff file modifying debian/control dependancies for wireshark to reflect the
dependance on EITHER libportaudio-dev OR portaudio19-dev

Build Information:
SVN revision 24761
--
The configure script will automatically determine whether portaudio 18 or 19 is
present, and adjust accordingly.

Ubuntu, by default, comes with portaudio19-dev
debian/control lists dependancy on libportaudio-dev, but portaudio19-dev can be
substituted.

Therefore, dependancy for wireshark in debian/control can be modified to
reflect
libportaudio-dev | portaudio19-dev

Tested a deb build under v18 and v19 of portaudio, works in both cases.
Configure detects different libraries/headers and uses appropriately.
