in the file wireshark/Makefile.am

reads:
debian-package: debian/rules
        @if test x$(HAVE_DPKG_BUILDPAKCAGE) = xyes ; then \

BUT, HAVE_DPKG_BUILDPAKCAGE is spelled wrong. make debian-package spits obvious
errors.
