Fresh install on Vista dual-display system. Monitor 1 on this system is 1440 x
900 pixels, monitor 2 is 1280 x 1024pixels. Monitors are aligned at the bottom
(to reflect their physical positioning), so monitor 1 does not extend up as far
as monitor 2 does.

When the Wireshark GUI starts initially, the dialog is in the upper left corner
of monitor 1 (which is perfectly reasonable) but the top of the dialog -
including the menu bar, buttons, etc - extends past the top of the display
(which is less than optimal). In order to do anything I needed to right-click
the task bar button and choose Move, then either press the down-arrow to drop
the dialog or press the right-arrow to move it to appear on monitor 2.
