I still see the problem in the latest /trunk-0.99.7 SVN (23804)
After some debugging I've determined that the fix doesn't actually work because
it's in code not used in Windows.
I'm working on a patch to actually fix the problem as well as clean up some
other issues related to "File ! Save As" under Windows.
