Add a configurable 'trigger' to initiate packet capture with Tshark and
Wireshark. This will allow the capture engine to 'listen' or be suspended
until a condition is satisfied (local time, elapsed time, receipt of a packet
satisfying a condition specified by syntax similar to a regular capture filter
expression, receipt of a number of packets or bytes), at which time the regular
capture function (filtered or not) begins. In addition to the start trigger, a
stop trigger with the same functionality would be nice. This could be added to
the existing capture options panel as an 'Advanced' button to configure the
trigger.
