Stephen, I know the Follow TCP stream function with EBCDIC, but it does not
really help here. The speciality of DRDA in combination with Host databases is
that one side sends ASCII and the other side sends EBCDIC. If I view the stream
in ASCII I can see the data that was sent by the ASCII platform, but not the
data from the other side. If I switch to EBCDIC, I see the data from the EBCDIC
host, but not the ASCII data. In addition, there are some fields in the packets
that are shown in the main window which are displayed in ASCII but they are
encoded in EBCDIC if the packet comes from a host. So the display encoding
should be dependent on the origin of the packet. Or the fields should be
displayed in both, ASCII and EBCDIC.
