Patchfile containing code updates to CFM dissector
This patch contains the following bugfixes and updates to the code so that it
now includes the recommendation from ITU-T Y.1731 (05/2006):
-added TEST_TLV type
-fixed bug where non-END TLV with a zero-length field does not offset
past the length field resulting in the next TLV always being an
END TLV.
-added more info in the LTR Egress Identifier TLV
-fixed bug in Organizational TLV such that the length includes the
OUI and the sub-type.
-added dissection of 16-octets reserved for ITU in CCM PDU
-adjusted MEPID of CCM PDU to only look at the last
13 bits. (MEPID is in the range 1-8191)
-added MEG ID format 32 (ICC-based format of Y.1731) to MAID
of CCM PDU
-fixed bug in Reply Ingress TLV and Reply Egress TLV where if
there is only a Port ID if the TLV length is greater than eight
-fixed bug where if TLV offset is zero we do not look at the TLVs
-added more info to CCM MD name in the MAC format
-fixed the LTM and LTR Egress ID TLV ingress/egress id's such that the
unique id preceeds the MAC address instead of the other way around.
-optimized code by using common variables and removing redundant ones.
-added remaining ITU CFM types: LCK, TST, APS, MCC, LMM, LMR, 1DM,
DMM, DMR, EXM, EXR, VSM, VSR
