MGCP implementation follows the standard MGCP RFC. The problem is that RFC does
not define how to carry MGCP over TCP with ASCII TPKT header.Wireshark only
supports decoding of MGCP based on standard RFCs. Wireshark should be able to
parse the MGCP over TCP with ASCII TPKT header.
