I'll provide a patch uncommenting the inclusion of the OID registration in the
template of pkixcmp in order to use the OIDs defined in the cmp.cnf file what
is not done so far.
Additionally the patch also adds two new OIDs to the cmp.cnf file. Those OIDs
are not part of the RFC describing CMP but are used by the "Crytplib"
implementation. In case including those unofficial, *proprietary* OIDs is
violating any policy, please apply only the part of the patch mentioned above.
