NOTE: this build doesn't support the "matches" operator for Wireshark filter

hi folks,
i have tried different version from 0.99.4 ----> 0.99.6 and they all not able
to display the MPLS PWE3 Control Word, where the Control Word is basically
"0x00 00 00 00" 4 bytes(all 0s), it just interpret it as the the next
ethernetII start frame, as you can see from the screen capture.
