<sigh> I thought I checked the plugins directory.
I just (rev 23221) checked in changes to the MATE and wimaxasncp plugins to
avoid the errors.
SNMP will require more research. It looks like the opening of the files is
done by libsmi not Wireshark. I suppose we'd have to convert the UTF8 path +
file name back to ASCII or will that not help?
