The original patch as submitted did install the file there and tried to load it
from from .../wireshark/plugins/wimaxasncp directory, but I changed it to
.../wireshark/wimaxasncp.
This works for me and I can't see anywhere any references still made to the
plugins path. Did you perhaps try the patch out yourself and forget to do
'make install' after running 'svn update' ?
