label-block-size and label-block-offset in BGP VPLS NLRI are displayed
in illegal position. they are swapped.
I found the origin of problem as below.
Version: 0.99.6
Source: epan/dissectors/packet-bgp.c
Lines: 1039,1040
labblk_size and labblk_off are arranged in swapped position.
