I have Tshark running on the above PC and when at the same time I start
Wireshark in order to view one of the trace files previously created by Tshark
... I realize that Tshark kind of freezes.

For example I run Tshark and asks to it to close each file every 15 minutes.
Usually the files for 15 minutes tracing are around 100MB but when Wireshark is
running viewing an old file the new file created by Tshark is 20MB !

When I exit Wireshark .... the Tshark file reaches around 100MB again.
