IMPS 1.2 and IMPS 1.3 protocols support must be added to Wireshark.
There is IMPS 1.2 Candidate defined in
\epan\dissectors\packet-wbxml.c
but it should be updated to IMPS 1.2 Approved Release.
IMPS 1.3 support should be implemented.
