Sorry, I did not see any information stating that is must not be compressed
when marked as a patch.

I see, I have tested compilation on Windows only. I have no idea what is
required to generate the missing makefile to be able to compile on for instance
Linux. I had a look at your patch dated 2007-09-13 12:25, I cannot find a clue
on this there either. How come it compiles but my patch does not? Any ideas?
