1. Added support for BDAT simple chunking in SMTP
2. Added number of data fragment / message body bytes in COL_INFO
3. Pipelining BINARYMIME is not yet implemented

The patch has been fuzzy tested on OSX.

BDAT is defined in RFC3030 [http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc3030]
