with GnuTLS 1.6.1, with Gcrypt 1.2.3, with MIT Kerberos, with PortAudio
PortAudio V19-devel, with AirPcap.
Running on Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2, build 3790, with WinPcap version
4.0 (packet.dll version 4.0.0.755), based on libpcap version 0.9.5, without
AirPcap.
Built using Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 build 8804

Blank error dialog = big red "-" circle and OK button with no text. This dialog
must be dismissed "[OK]" before entering any option data, and often appears
"hidden" behind the option dialog, so it seems as though the app is frozen.
This error dialog happens 100% of the time when I click the "List the available
interfaces" main screen button and then click "Options" next to any interface
listed. After dismissing the error dialog, the app seems to work OK.
