Frame 2 from a TShark decypher of previous attachment

Take the attachment on this bug, and run:

tshark -V -x -r HTTP-172.16.1.102-66.230.200.228.cap

I sent the output to a .txt file and the result was a 10,676,333 Byte file (10
MB). In this example, both Frame 2 and Frame 9 are "messed up." 

I've attached the results from Frame 2.
