WireShark Build 0.99.5 correctly installs on my Nt 4.0 platform without
reporting any errors / problems.
However, when you try to launch the application the system responds with:
Title: "wireshark.exe - Entry point Not Found"
Dialogue Content: "The procedure entry point SHGetSpecialFolderPathW could not
be located in the dynamic link library SHELL32.DLL"
Regressed to V0.99.4 = no problems, functions normally.
