It appears that the failure is related to the recent change to packet-ldap.c.
Specifically: the 'find_dissector("spnego")' in packet-ldap is failing thus
eventually leading to the assertion failure for 'handle != 0'.
I don't know the proper way that the spnego dissector should be registered so
I'll punt on the actual fix.
