Well, in fact only bssgp.pdu_type is handled correctly in BSSGP dissector.
Other fields like Qos Profile, PDU lifetime, MS Radio Access Capability, IMSI,
DRX, BVCI and other parameters are treated like bssgp.iei.nacc_cause with
different values when trying to use them as filters.
It also seems that there are additional fields in BSSGP headers which are not
decoded and are shown in packet details as "[BSSGP_IE_FORMAT_TLV] format: 3".
