Well, we have a sytem requirements section in the User's Guide that states that
we don't support NT4 any longer:

I have introduced the function in question to get the official place of the "My
documents" folder to fix a different bug report.
I've tried to install MSIE 6 on NT4 but that didn't helped. So I guess the
keyword seems to be Internet Explorer 4.0 *Desktop Update*.
Anyway: As we don't support NT4, I'm closing this one as Wontfix.
