Native Windows apps don't mix the native Windows widgets and event loop with
GTK+ widgets and the GTK+ event loop.
Perhaps it's a deficiency of the current Windows version of GTK+ that it
doesn't handle using native Windows modal dialogs, but I don't know whether
that's fixable (I doubt many Wireshark developers want to spend a lot of time
becoming experts in the low-level guts of the Windows GTK+ port) with anything
short of a complete port to Windows.
