Hovering over an active item in the toolbar can unexpectedly raise the main
window when the item's tooltip is displayed. Actions to reproduce:
1) From the main window, select Statistics->Conversations
2) Hover over one of the toolbar icons
When icon's tooltip is displayed, the main window will raise. the This appears
to be limited to the Windows version.
