As far as I can see H.248 property values are not decoded with 0.99.5pre1. I
checked it with Bearer Characteristics, 3GUP properties and ACodec (H'1006).
These properties are decoded with 0.99.4. You can check this with the Add.Req
trace output that I attached with this bug report. I will attach some
screenshots to illustrate this behaviour.
