Wireshark is used to trace binary encoded H.248 messages. In the case that
Local Control descriptor contains property "UP mode of operation" from 3GUP
package (defined within 3GPP TS 29.232, chapter 15.1.1) then the property value
H'02 is wrong decoded. Although it stands for "Support mode for predefined SDU
sizes" it is shown within Wireshark window as "Transparent Mode (1)" (which
really has value H'01).
