I have a valid tacacs interaction between a tac_plus cisco tacacas server and a
tacacs speaking device (opengear sd4002)

Wireshark claims the tacacs answer to be illegal and unreadable, though.

The tacacs shared key has been correctly configured, as evidenced by the
correct and complete dissection of the request.
