You may try a recent Buildbot build:
http://www.wireshark.org/download/automated/win32/ or wait for the upcoming
0.99.5 release.
BTW: The file dialog will also show the "Places Bar" (the one with "My
Documents" and alike) now, so it should be a lot easier to return to "My
Documents".
P.S: I've decided to use "My Documents" as the default. Something like "My
Captures" inside this folder could be easily added if there's real demand
later.
