When selecting the last displayed packet in a long Packet List (so that the
vertical scrollbar can move), the list scrolls down half display length and the
new last displayed packet is being selected.

The auto-scrolling (when clicking the last displayed packet) may (or may not)
be useful, but the initial selected packet should remain selected after that
scrolling.

The same symptom occurs when the scrollbar is all the way down and the first
displayed packet is clicked.
