Hmm, well. That depends: A frame is a layer 2 object. Do all capture
types provide layer 2 objects? While a packet is a layer 3 object in
most cases, it also means whatever is returned by the "packet" capture
library - at whatever layer. So I'm not convinced that should be
changed. The inconsistency regarding the use of frame and packet should
be fixed of course - I'm just not convinced that it should read frame
instead of packet.
