NOTE: this build doesn't support the "matches" operator for Ethereal filter
syntax.
Running with libpcap version 0.8.3 on Linux 2.6.9-34.ELsmp.

the idl2eth script does not manage some IDL types (long long and unsigned long
long).
The python script ethereal_gen.py has been modified in order to manage these
types.
