Perhaps if we discover that we have Net-SNMP but have to link with -lcrypto to
use it, we should give up at that point (so the user knows what the real
problem is), rather than trying UCD SNMP, as the attempt to use UCD SNMP will
probably find Net-SNMP's backwards-compatibility stuff, and result in confusing
errors if Net-SNMP wasn't configured for backwards compatibility with UCD SNMP
(as I infer is the case from the "Please update your headers or configure using
--enable-ucd-snmp-compatibility" error)?
