I was never able to get exact matching for the unencoded OID working for
snmp.name when the type was FT_OID.  The only matching I could do was, for
example:

snmp.name == 2b.6.1.2.1.1.6

IF I tried:

snmp.name == 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.6

I would not match any packets.  Previous versions of ethereal not only did
exact matching, but also supported the contains operator.  Of course, snmp.oid
used to be of type FT_STRING.
