If the gnutls libraries are in funny places, they are found by
libgnutls-config, but the LIBGNUTLS_CFLAGS and/or LIBGCRYPT_CFLAGS don't make
it to the place they need to be to have the right include path, and the
compilation fails.

Easily fixed by setting CPPFLAGS at configure time.
