This is due to the way the RTP analysis expects the RTP stream to be
timestamped. It should be a linear increasing amount, but RFC 2833 breaks this
convention. It timestamps all RTP packets with the same timestamp and has an
increasing duration in it's payload. Then the normal timestamping continues so
jumps forward in time.
