fixed in SVN19008: the Windows function GetOpenFileName() will already have
asked the user to overwrite an existing file or not. So the only thing left to
do was to remove the old file in that case to get the desired behaviour.

However, the Win32 version "ask to overwrite" will now work differently
compared to the UNIX versions "overwrite always denied", but both ways are
exceptable in my eyes (at least far better than before).
