Summary: Loss run length in RTCP Extended Report (XR) is not
                    correctly displayed.
           Product: Wireshark
           Version: 0.99.0
          Platform: Macintosh
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Low
         Component: TShark
        AssignedTo: wireshark-bugs@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
        ReportedBy: luis.ontanon@xxxxxxxxx

Loss Run length value in RTCP Extended Report (XR), RFC 3611, is not correctly
displayed. In Loss Run Length Encoding Report Block with block type=1, run
length value of report chunk is not correct. The value displayed is the whole
byte of the report chunk. The RFC 3611 says first two bits are not for run
length but for chunk type and lost/received. Current code takes whole 8 bits
and
displays it as a run length. Instead, last 6 bits should be taken.
