Unfortunately neither 'tshark' nor 'dftest' will build on my system at the
moment because they're looking for the libiconv functions.  To fix that, I
added @LIBICONV@ to tshark_LDADD and dftest_LDADD on the toplevel Makefile.am .
 I suppose that's the right way to fix it since a couple of the dissectors use
libiconv (if available/configured)?
