this is what I would expect. In old SMB the levels differ, it is a
common misconception that they are the same. There are some in common,
but also some that are not.

Also note that when they are seemingly in common they don't
necessarily use the same wire structure. For example, the 'standard'
level in old SMB has 3 fields in set but 5 fields in get.
