Yes, build 17056 corrects the delay when entering a *legal* IP address in the display filter. Illegal addresses and hostnames still cause a delay, but that it is no different than 0.10.13.

Can you try build 17056 or later from
http://www.ethereal.com/distribution/buildbot-builds/win32/?  I just
checked in a change that might help.
