That should be fixed in the buildbot builds for quite a while, there was
a bugzilla entry for this which is already closed (can't remember the
number).

Please note that capturing from stdin '-i -' isn't working on some
systems (depending on the getopt implementation) for a different reason,
a bugzilla entry is still existing for this.

Gerald seems to busy, so no release since then.
