The algorithm for jitter calculation hasn't been changed as far as i'm aware
of. (It's the algorithm from the RTP RFC).
There might have been changes regarding the packets that get into the
calculation though.
Since some packets (ex. comfort noise, marked packets etc) are discarded for
the stats calculations.
But i didn't have time to look at the details.

Is there any difference of jitter calculations in rtp stream analysis
for ethereal versions 0.10.6 and 0.10.10.
