that would depend if you saved full packets or used the 68-byte snaplen
 
if you have full packet traces, it is theoretically possible. dsniff came with filesnarf (which worked with NFS) and webspy. if your packet traces are from an HTTP session, webspy could 'recreate' the surfing for you.
 
someone else might know about a tool that does specifically what you want :)
