There was a fault in the CODEC LIST routine where offset was wrongly calculated, this patch will hopefully fix the problem.

After Codec list in Bearer Assosiation transport,the following element is Bearer Network Connection Characteristics i.e 07 is IE Name,  could any one help why it is not decoded.
