What version of Ethereal are you using?

On what release of what OS is this happening? If it's a UNIX-flavored OS
and you're using X, what X server, and what window manager or desktop
environment, are you using?

On my desktop here (FreeBSD 3.4, Accelerated-X, KDE 1.1.2 using kwm), if
I run Ethereal with a window width too narrow for the Info column, it
provides a horizontal scrollbar; the scrollbar goes away if I maximize
the window, and re-appears if I un-maximize it.
